By downloading or using Casterly, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

About Casterly

Casterly is a podcast player developed and operated by Sodium Studio, LLC, based in Massachusetts. The app allows you to search, subscribe to, download, and play podcast content from third-party sources.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Casterly. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Casterly Pro Subscription

Casterly offers an optional annual subscription called Casterly Pro, priced at $9.99 per year. Pro unlocks CarPlay support, the ability to add podcasts via RSS feed, playback speed control, sleep timers and import/export of OPML files.

• Billing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Sodium Studio, LLC does not process or store any payment information.

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

• To cancel, go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

• Refund requests are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policy.

• Upon cancellation, Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period.

Third-Party Content

Casterly is a podcast player — we do not produce, host, or endorse any of the podcast content accessible through the app. All content comes from third-party RSS feeds and the Apple Podcasts directory. Sodium Studio, LLC is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any third-party podcast content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the app

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app or its services

Disclaimer of Warranties

Casterly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. Podcast availability depends on third-party RSS feeds outside of our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sodium Studio, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Casterly.

Changes to the App or Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Casterly at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
